Tina Bratcher Boyd will be remembered in a special memorial service on
Thursday morning  July 6 at 11:00.  This service will be held at the
Cedar Crest Church of Christ.  The address is 2134 Cedar Crest Blvd. in
Dallas.  You can contact the church at 214/943-1340.  As a child Tina
received her education at the Texas School for the Deaf.  She later
graduated from cosmetology school.  Tina was a long-time active participant
in Deaf ministry at her church. For many years she  enjoyed
participating  in the activities at the Deaf Action Center in Dallas.  She earned
the love and respect of many people both Deaf and hearing.  Her father
Aubrey Bratcher  who passed away in 1986 was assistant principal at
W.W. Samuell High School. Tina is survived by her mother Joyce Bratcher,
sister Toni Bratcher Ward, one  niece Angela Ward, and two nephews
Cortland and Byron Ward.
